What is the VEVYNA ritual?
Three daily essentials for three moments: Women's Probiotics in the morning (AM), Creatine during the day (DAY) and Magnesium Glycinate in the evening (PM). Read about the ritual.
Can I take all three together?
They are designed to be used as a daily routine, each at its own time of day. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical care, ask your physician before starting any supplement.
Do I have to take all three?
No. Each product works on its own. Start with one, pair two with an AM + DAY, DAY + PM or AM + PM ritual, or take The Complete Ritual.

How do I take Women's Probiotics?
Chew 2 gummies daily, preferably with a meal. Each bottle has 60 gummies, a 30-day supply.
How do I take Creatine?
Mix 1 scoop (10 g) into 6 to 10 oz of water or your smoothie, once a day. Each tub holds 30 servings. Check the label for the optional loading phase.
How do I take Magnesium Glycinate?
Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Each bottle has 120 capsules.
